Confirm Speakers/Experts Joining us for Dinner
John Lee is an experienced real estate investor and a realtor. He got into real estate by accident in early 2017 while on the search for his first home with his wife. His first investment property was a house hack on a foreclosed duplex in the suburbs of Philadelphia, which he still lives in today. While John isn’t helping families buy and sell their homes, he is managing his rental properties mainly in the West Philadelphia and Germantown sections of the city.

Susan Noh
Susan is a real-estate investor and developer active in the Philadelphia market since 2014. Starting with wholesaling, she and her husband, Andre, have worked on residential, multifamily, and mixed-use projects from ground-up development to full-gut rehabs. She also founded a short-term-rental management company integrated with her portfolio from Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore. Susan mentors newer operators on planning, due diligence, and execution fundamentals.
Dave Tran
Dave has 20+ years in real-estate operations and works with professionals on building an investment plan that fits their constraints and goals. He focuses on fundamentals—deal review, documentation, underwriting basics, and risk controls—so operators can make informed decisions with their own licensed advisors. Albert Wu
Albert Wu is an investor based in Bayside, NY, and the acquisitions manager for Oakland Lakes LLC, with a focus on multifamily. He started at Merrill Lynch before moving into real-estate development in 2009. Albert speaks on evaluating rental operations, acquisitions workflow, and team coordination (education only; no credit or investment offers).
Sean Son
Sean “Radiant” Son is a wholesaler based in Philadelphia, known for consistent acquisitions and organized dispositions. He teaches sourcing workflows, negotiation basics, and how to manage timelines from first contact to closing while aligning expectations with buyers and sellers (education only; no property offers at this dinner).
