Review the floor plan and choose an available table location.
Complete payment for your selected table. You will initially be assigned either the “A” or “B” position.
If you have a strong preference for the “A” or “B” position, please email us your choice immediately after payment. We’ll confirm availability right away. If your preferred spot is not available (or we can’t accommodate you with a suitable alternative), we’ll gladly issue a full refund.
This package includes a vendor table, 2 chairs, 2 staff admissions, and your logo on the event website.
If you advertise with us in any way the directory listing is automatically included.
For Business Card, Quarter Page, Half Page, or Full Page Ads:
Please email your design in PNG, PSD, or PDF format to [email protected].
For Directory Listing:
If you are a directory listing sponsor, please provide your company name, phone number, and website URL so we can include it in our online and printed event directory.
Each exhibitor will receive a 2' x 6' table, a tablecloth, and two chairs.
Electrical Access
If you need access to an electrical outlet, please let us know after signing up. Also, please pay for a table that is against the wall (these are the only locations with power access).
Setup Time
Exhibitors can set up anytime after 8:30 AM on the morning of the event. Please refer to the event floor plan for your setup location.
What happens after I sign up? Once you sign up, please email your event topic and a short segment description (maximum 400 characters) to us. The sooner you submit this, the more exposure you will receive from website traffic.
Is my topic subject to approval? Yes, all speaking engagements are subject to approval to ensure a balanced event. However, if your initial topic isn't a fit, we will work with you to refine it. If for any reason we can't mutually agree on a topic that works, we will fully refund your payment. There is zero risk to you.
Can I use a PowerPoint presentation?
Yes! A projector screen, projector, PC, and clicker will be provided.
Presentation Submission
Please have a copy of your presentation saved on a USB drive and email it to us at least 3 days before the event. This ensures it will be preloaded on the event laptop for you.
