TIME IS PRECIOUS:
Event doors open at 9:00 AM, with check-in beginning at 8:30 AM. Please make an effort to arrive on time to ensure everyone benefits fully, but feel free to stay as long as you'd like.
EVENT PARKING:
Parking at the hotel garage is free on the day of the event

This ticket grants you access to both the Exhibit Area and all breakout sessions during the event.
PAYMENT ISSUES:
If you encounter any issues making your payment through our website, you can use Eventbrite as an alternative payment method.

REFUND POLICY
Full refunds are available if requested at least 30 days prior to the event date.
No refunds will be issued for requests made within 30 days of the event.
To request a refund, simply email us with your registration details. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
NO OUTSIDE ADVERTISING OR SOLICITATION
Distributing flyers, posters, business cards, or any promotional materials, or soliciting attendees for non-event-related business is strictly prohibited unless you are an official exhibitor or sponsor of the event.
Violators will be asked to stop immediately and may be removed from the venue without refund. Thank you for respecting our sponsors and the overall event experience.
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
By attending, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be photographed or recorded for use in event marketing (website, social media, future promotions, etc.). If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please stay clear of marked photo/video areas.
